Autumn Family Shoot!

This was one of my first shoots back in the UK after doing family portraits out in Greece. I thought that this was going to be a challenge, especially as I was used to shooting with the sunset lighting. It was autumn time which meant that there wouldn't of been much chance of a sunset, which is why the shoot was in the middle of the day instead. However, this worked out well as the cloud provided natural and diffused light which is actually one of the most flattering forms of light.

I had such a great time with the family and Sophia was loving running around and playing in the autumn leafs, which made for some adorable photos!

There's something so rewarding about when children become comfortable around you and you get to capture their natural smiles and laughs!

It's also really lovely when families want to involve the grandparents! Theres nothing that grandparents love more than pictures of their grandkids, and being part of family shoots is always something that they enjoy doing, whilst also being able to spend more time together.

This is one of my favourite shoots to date and I'll definitely remember it for a while!
